Alison Weir Tours

The cost per person is £8,250.
 
All prices are per person based on two sharing a double or twin room, and fares are quoted in U.K sterling.
 
For single person occupancy a supplement of £700 will be charged, the total cost being £8,950.
 
Payment schedule: 35% (£2,888 for each guest sharing a double or twin room, £3,132 for each guest in a single room) of the full price of the tour is due following booking and confirmation from AWT that AWT has a place available on the tour for you. The balance of 65% (£5,362 for each guest sharing a double or twin room, £5,818 for each guest in a single room) of the full price of the tour is payable on or before 120 days before commencement of the tour.

By submitting a booking form online or by returning a signed booking form by mail you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on our website (www.alisonweirtours.com), especially those in regard to cancellation, including our policy that you must take out travel insurance so that your deposit and balance payment are protected should you have to cancel your Tour.

Included in the Wales: The Red Dragon Tour:

    • All accommodation for nine nights

    • Organised dinners on 5 nights (including a welcome dinner on the first night and a farewell dinner on the last night of the tour), the welcome buffet lunch, and farewell drinks and canapes on the last day of the tour.

    • All entrance fees for events on the tour itinerary

    • All coach travel

    • Alison Weir leading the tour, assisted by leading historians Sarah Gristwood, Nicola Tallis, Julian Humphrys, Michael Jones and Nathen Amin. John Marston as Tour Director and Jo Marston looking after client care.

    • Guest speakers and a full programme of lectures and guided commentaries

    • Tour gifts/mementos

    • All gratuities for AWT-organised events, hotels and included meals as specified

   
What is NOT included in the cost of the tour:

    Travel from your home to the commencement of the tour in Cardiff

    Travel from Chester to the airport after the tour ends.

     Personal items, souvenirs etc.

     Food & drinks other than those included (i.e. included breakfast every morning of the tour and included group dinners and lunch and other refreshments organised by AWT.

     Any extras you incur at hotels, including, but not limited to, laundry, room service etc.

     Any other gratuities.
